- In this case, booking will be confirmed online automatically when you "Send Booking" and no more actions need. A "CONFIRMATION VOUCHER" will be send to your email box.
Send Booking on request!.
- In this case, booking will be sent on request, our office will check our availability.
We will reply to your booking request with a "CONFIRMATION VOUCHER" to confirm your booking or reply by email to refuse your booking.
We cannot confirm booking.
- In this case, We cannot confirm booking for the dates/times entered.
Booking can not be sent.

AIRPORT MEETING POINT- After 20 minutes your plane lands, the driver will be inside the airport at "Cafe Central" holding a small board with the booking name on. Just collect your luggage and on the way out you will find your driver.

Your booking will be send and a confirmation page will be opened with your booking (Manage Booking page).
There we will provide all the information need to your arrival at Faro or other Airport.
Your payments will be shown.

The driver will wait near the "Cafe central" with the booking name on a signe.

Us, as data controller, are going to hold your personal details (name, email, mobile, address, Vat details). Your personal details will be used only to provide, improve the service and law obligations.
We will keep your personal data until 1 year, as a record of the service.

(or GDPR), we will ask your consent to hold and use your personal details to provide the service.

Using 24-hour format, set the flight departure time (Takeoff Time) from the selected airport. We calculate the recommended pickup time from this time. If there is any change on the take-off time after booking you must change this time using the "manage booking" area or you can contact us to let us know.

Make it easy!
Enter the hotel name only ex: Hotel Marina or the address ex: 39 Rua do Mar.
Letters and numbers only.
Do not use town name, post code or "Portugal".
Map Optional. After booking or on the arrival transfer, we can add your address on google map in to your booking, to better find your place on the way back to the airport.

Online Payments:
With all booking details entered, select this option and "Send Booking".
Paypal will be connected and you can make the payment securely.

After payment, paypal will connect to our confirmation page where you can see your payment and booking confirmed. (Manage Booking page)

Ttaxi Travel never require credit card details, for any situation.
Paypal will charge:
EEE countries: 3% + 0.35€ (paypal tax)(*)
UK: 3% + 0.35€ + 1.4%, (paypal tax + EU Tax)(*)
Others countries: 3% + 0.35€ + 2.1% (paypal tax + EU Tax)(*)

(*) In case of Cancelation the SALE TAX for online payments is not refundable, only the transfer cost will be refunded. 

Please note: When booking is not confirmed online, payment by Credit Card/Paypal, will be not available.
Online payments will be available on the "Manage Booking Area" if the booking gets confirmed, click on the green "Pay Now" button.

Send Booking!

Payment by IBAN transfer (No extra costs):

This option is only available up to 7 days before the 1st service and must be completed immediately.

With all your booking details entered, select this option and "Submit Booking".
The IBAN number will be indicated on the confirmation Voucher and in the "Booking Area", Online.

The reservation will be payable to the driver until the transfer is confirmed.

Notification must be sent to Ttaxi Travel upon completion of the transfer. After payment confirmation, the reservation will be updated as paid and we will send your invoice.

In case of Cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded by IBAN.

Attention: When the reservation is not confirmed online, the IBAN number will not be available immediately.
The IBAN will be available on the Confirmation Voucher and in the "Booking Area", after booking confirmation, up to 7 days before the first service.

Pay to the driver:
Payments are made in Portugal in cash to our representative, on Resort arrival or prior to the vehicle departure to the Airports.

You can pay as per your preference, for each transfer, in total on arrival or in total at the return journey, but allways on the resort, just tell the driver how you want to pay.
